Yearly session minutes should be submitted to the Administrative Commission for review, according to the following:

  • Compile annual minutes into a single document.
  • Due date for submission is by the January Stated Meeting, yearly.
  • For a template for session minutes, please go here & choose the form "Template for Session agenda & Minutes".
  • Submit your annual session minutes to the Administrative Commission by clicking the button below.
  • In subject of email, please include "session minutes" + "Church name".

Accurate session minutes according to the "Template for Session Agenda & Minutes" ensure consistency in form for our denominational record keeping. It is encouraged that sessions not only attend to matters of record in their minutes but also to the spiritual health of the church.
